The process flow
1. Dry laying method: base surface cleaning and repair → brushing the supporting base treatment agent → node sticking → positioning and elastic datum → laying and pasting self-adhesive rubber waterproof coil → rolling and venting → end treatment and lapping → organization acceptance → protective layer construction.
2. Wet laying method: cleaning the base surface → wetting the base (such as the base wetting without this procedure)→ positioning, elastic line → stirring and spreading cement slurry → spreading the coil → pulp extraction, exhaust, airing → lap edge sealing → coil closing, sealing → inspection and acceptance.
Key points of construction technology
1. The general placement order of coil is: high span first, then low span; The same height, first far after near; The same facade is paved from high to low.
2. Base coating: After the base surface is cleaned and accepted, the special base treatment agent is evenly coated on the surface of the base. When brushing, it is carried out in one direction, with uniform thickness, no leakage or accumulation, and airing until the finger does not stick.
3. Elastic line and test laying: paste control line on the bottom coating according to the actual lap area, strictly follow the paste control line for test laying, and actually glue the coil to ensure that the lap width of the coil is 6 ~ 7cm.
