Custom caulk strip tape for sinks is made from a shaped PE strip and a butyl-rubber sealing layer. Adhesive is already on the back. After the release material is removed, the strip is pressed over the joint; no wet caulk or caulking gun is needed. The same construction may be used around a kitchen sink, wash basin, bath edge, gas-stove surround or wall corner, provided that the base is firm and suitable for adhesive tape.

Please allow normal production and manual-measurement tolerance. The final width, roll length, color and packing should be written into the order confirmation.
Preparation makes the difference
The contact area must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, rust, soap, mould and old loose sealant. Check the joint at several places instead of measuring only one corner. If the old silicone has left a wide mark, the new strip needs enough width to cover that mark and still contact both sides.
The fold line can turn through 90 degrees. Use the crease when the sink rim stands above the counter or when two surfaces meet at an inside corner. On a flat joint, keep the strip open. A sample test is recommended for stainless steel, ceramic, acrylic, glass, tile, stone and other finished surfaces.
Peel, place and press
Cut enough tape for the section, then remove only a short part of the liner. Set the starting end, press it and work forward while the remaining liner is pulled away. This keeps the adhesive face under control. Do not stretch the tape to make it reach the last corner.
Press along the full length, with extra attention to the crease, corners and both ends. In a cool room, gentle heat from a hair dryer can help the adhesive become easier to work with. Keep the dryer moving and do not overheat the PE facing. When the strip is down, look along each edge and press again wherever a gap is visible.
This tape covers and seals a stable joint. It will not secure a loose sink or repair a deep leak beneath the worktop. Complete that repair first.
Samples and private-label packing
For a sample, send the sink material, a close photo, the joint width and the preferred strip color. For a quotation, add the width, length per roll, packing method and quantity.
