RV Window Butyl Tape uses butyl rubber as backing, choosing excellent high molecular material and produced by special processing. The tape is environmentally friendly, solvent-free, and does not solidify permanently.

The tape has strong adhesion to various kinds of surfaces, excellent weather, aging resistance, and is waterproof. Because of its solvent-free, unshrinking, and no emitting poison gas, it is used for sealing, shockproofing, and protecting of adhered objects. It has superior conformity to the expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by the cold of the adhered objects and mechanical deformation. It is an advanced waterproof material.

RV Window Butyl Tape is made of butyl rubber, the feature is waterproof, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and sealing tightness, which is mainly used for waterproof building construction sealing usage.

Application:

* The connection of steel roof color plate and roof lighting sheet, sealing of the gutter joint.

* The sealing and waterproofing of windows, doors, concrete roof, vent line, etc.

*The installation of the PC sheet.

*The adhesion of waterproof film of car door and window, sealing and shockproof.

Application Technique:

* Choosing tape of suitable specification according to the color plate shapes, the gap between the joint place, and the design.

* Keep the adhered surface clean, remove the water, oil, and stain on the color plate completely before cohesion.

* Applied the tape from one side of the color plate, and cohere the tape to the seam in a straight line, press the tape slightly first and then press heavily to make the tape cohered well to the plate.

*Peel off the release line, joint the plate to the tape, and press until the joint place is covered well and strong enough
