Butyl Seal Tape provides a non-sticky, mess-free and airtight sealing for RV, mobile homes, windows, boats, automotive windshields, headlights, crawl space projects and more. It's also excellent for roof patching and repair. It does not melt unnecessarily. Install easily on tight corners and unusual patterns. Resistant temperature range -40F to 250F. Double-sided adhesive applies to any overlapping metal seams and unusual patterns, for a watertight seal. Simply apply this waterproof tape in tightly and cut the tape (don't tear it) for best results. Surface must be clean and dry before installation. Do not stretch the sealant. Do not overlap the sealant. Do not allow dirt or debris to fall on the sealant. Make sure to apply pressure to the tape when squeeze the joint or it will not bond completely.
WEATHER RESISTANT: Sealer not affected by normal movement of building wide service temperature range. Long shelf life.
STRONG AND DURABLE: Installs without gaps and can reliably shut off moisture, vapor, corrosive chemicals and other leakages. Tacky, but leaves no sticky mess. Flexible and non hardening.
