Filament strapping tapes with reinforced backings that render heavy duty strapping and bundling performance. Our bi-directional filament tape are used due to their robust characteristics in many different applications. They are suitable for strapping of pallets during shipping, ensuring shelves and trays are held in place during movement of fridges or display cabinets and bundling steel coils during storage. Self adhesive filament tape combines good longitudinal tensile strength with very low elongation. The hot melt adhesive system ensures a secure bond to various substrates, even to non-polar surfaces like PE and PP. The tape also exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of corrugated and solid board surfaces
Features
Nylon filament strapping tape is a 5.5 mil fiberglass reinforced tape; clear liner with white synthetic rubber adhesive.
The extraordinary adhesion and tear resistance can tolerate moisture, abrasions, scuffing, nicks, and center seam splitting. This strong tape adhere to a wide variety of surfaces: wood, plastic, metal, fiberboard, etc.

How to use
A: Clean the surface(with 4298UV adhesion promoter if possible)
B: Wipe dry the surface to obtain optimum adhesion.
C: Applying tape to surface .
D: Roll/press finished joint to help building bond strength.
