Prepare the machine surface, select the model from thickness and strength needs and wrap with uniform tension. Keep overlaps away from sensitive travel paths and press silicone adhesive evenly.

6. Tefloning Grade Inspection

Receiving inspection should verify TF model, micron gauge, 1000 mm parent width, bond value, breaking value and -70°C/260°C band. Continuous-service wear needs an equipment trial.

7. Converted Belt Material

Parent webs may be converted into narrow tapes or belt material after the model is locked. Provide roller diameter, strip width, length, seam plan and replacement schedule.
