01 Waterproofing of elevator shaft and sump

The internal and external corners of the elevator shaft and sump base must be made into an arc of ≥ 50mm or a 45 ° (135 °) splayed angle. The internal and external corners, the internal and external corners of the facade and the construction joints are all made into 500mm wide additional layers. The second layer of waterproof coiled material with sand particles is used for the slope of elevator shaft and ponding pit to facilitate the construction of waterproof protective layer.

02 External wall post cast strip waterproof

Before the waterproof construction of the post cast strip on the exterior wall of the basement, the coiled material protective layer on the inner side shall be constructed first. When paving the outer wall coiled material, first lay a waterproof strengthening layer on the outside of the precast slab, and then directly lay the large surface coiled material. When binding wall reinforcement, use additional reinforcement to fix the water stop steel plate in the middle of the wall.

03 Waterproofing of bottom slab post cast strip

At the post pouring belt of the bottom plate, the additional layer of waterproof coiled material shall be made first, and then the waterproof coiled material with large surface shall be paved. When binding the bottom slab reinforcement, use additional reinforcement to fix the rubber waterstop and steel waterstop at the bottom and middle of the bottom slab post cast strip respectively.

04 Overlapping of outer wall waterproof roll

Before paving the external wall coiled material, the coiled material at the joint part shall be uncovered and its surface shall be cleaned. If the coiled material has local damage, it shall be repaired in time before continuing the construction. The two layers of coiled material shall be staggered at the joint, and the staggered distance shall not be less than 350 mm. The upper layer of coiled material shall cover the lower layer of coiled material. The overlapping length of two coils, long side and short side, shall not be less than 100mm.

05 External wall apron waterproof

The waterproof closing position is set 150 mm away from the outdoor apron. The end is fixed with 3 mm × 25 mm metal batten steel nails (spacing 200 mm), and the upper opening is sealed with sealant after being fixed with steel nails. A 30mm wide gap shall be reserved between the apron and the exterior wall, which shall be filled with caulking ointment.
