The butyl waterproof sealing tape, which is made from butyl rubber,polyisobutene, and other raw materials, is an environmentally solvent-free and self-adhesive sealing material that is produced on the base of the special formula, new compounding vulcanization technological and high polymer material by means of special technological process

The products are provided with single face ones (covered with aluminum foil and non-woven fabrics,PE film,ect)and double face ones (with no base material, and with gridding cloth)

Thickness:0.5mm-3mm, maximum width is 1m, it can also be customized according to the customer's demand

Construction method

Construction method of the new engineering of steel Structure roofing

Select the proper specification according to the shape of the metal plate or the gap and joint of the bonded pat and in line with the requirement of the engineering design

Clean the bonded part of the metal plate

Uncover the double-face rubber tape slowly from one end of the metal plate, and stick the sealing tape to the lap joint of the lower layer of the metal plate along the straight line of the joint, then, press the tape gently with your hand, so as to make it stick fast to the metal plate

Tear the release paper on the butyl sealing tape, and press the metal plate on the upper layer of the interface into the bonded and sealed tightly

Fix and tight the screw, and make the upper and lower bonding surface of the tape bonded tightly
