1. Assembly Strip Brief

A clean, compressible non-curing strip installed between mating surfaces in panel, glazing, duct, vehicle, caravan and equipment-housing assemblies.

2. Configurable Profile Matrix

Form	Strip, rope, pad or die-cut profile
Compound	Butyl rubber and polyisobutene blend
Adhesive faces	Double-sided; single-sided by inquiry
Colours	Black, grey, white or customized
Liner	Release paper, film or optional two-liner format
Numeric dimensions	Defined from joint geometry

3. Hidden Joint Uses

A clean, compressible non-curing strip installed between mating surfaces in panel, glazing, duct, vehicle, caravan and equipment-housing assemblies. It controls air, water, dust and vibration without wet dispensing.

4. Strip Forming

Mixing determines softness and tack; extrusion or calendering establishes cross-section. Liner application and spool packing support repeatable assembly handling.

5. Compression Qualification

Approve dimensional tolerance, liner release, compression height, peel, shear, ageing and sealing in the final joint. Custom shapes require a physical fit trial.

6. Joint Drawing Inputs

Send groove or overlap drawing, gap, target compression, colour, liner, roll or spool format and OEM packing. Lock the formula for repeat orders.
