The True Auto Headlight Retrofit Re-Sealing butyl sealant Tape is a black,grey, At room temerature it has a much harder consistency compared to "universal" Butyl ropes in the market, you can use the "fingernail test", it will harden up at room temperature.Each roll comes with approximately 4.57 meters of glue, which is easily enough to re-seal two or more large headlights.It comes in one long strip that can be cut into any length with a pair of scissors easily.

Using Tips:
1. Make sure the pinch-weld areas are dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, and grease.
2. Each roll comes with 4.57 meters of glue, which is easily enough to re-seal two or more large headlights.
3. stretch it out until it's the perfect thickness to fit inside the headlight channel, cut it to length, rough-fit the lens back onto the housing;
4. heat it at 265F for seven minutes, and compress the housing back together.
